Reminder log
this sessionDemo: sending is simulated. In production, messages go through the WhatsApp Business Platform using pre-approved templates, and delivery status comes back from the provider.
How a reminder is made
code calculates · model writes · owner approvesThe model never does arithmetic
Balances, ages and scores come from code and go to the model as a fact sheet. A reminder with the wrong amount damages a customer relationship, so any draft whose numbers don't match the fact sheet cannot be sent.
Rank by risk, not by size
A large bill that is five days late matters less than a medium one that is eighty days late from a customer who often pays late. The score weighs amount 45%, days overdue 35% and past late-payment rate 20%.
Escalation follows fixed rules
1–15 days: friendly reminder. 16–45: firm reminder. 46–75: the owner gets a call task. Over 75: pause new credit. Rules decide the step; the model only writes the message.
The owner stays in control
In Indian B2B trade, relationships carry the business. Nothing reaches a customer until the owner approves it, and the tone stays polite at every stage.

| Metric | Formula |
|---|---|
| DSO | receivables ÷ credit sales in last 90 days × 90 |
| Priority | 0.45 × amount + 0.35 × days overdue + 0.20 × late rate (each scaled 0–1) |
| Late rate | share of invoices paid, or still unpaid, more than 15 days after due |
